To practice lip bubbles, follow these steps:

  1. Relax your face and lips – let your lips rest in a neutral position.
  2. Take a deep breath in and start exhaling slowly while keeping your lips together.
  3. Start vibrating your lips by blowing the air out through your lips gently. Your lips should vibrate and create a bubbling sound.
  4. Try to keep the vibration going for as long as you can to build up your lip and tongue muscles.

Start slow and gradually increase the speed and duration of your lip bubbles as you practice.
